Latest Home for Long Standing Client!

This luxury Care Home opening in the Autumn of 2021, is the latest addition to a growing portfolio of one of ECY’s long standing clients. The Care Home in Castor near Peterborough specialises in residential, dementia and short term respite care. Castor Lodge will be a 68 bed home with an additional 6 suites. The Care Home will be equipped with state of the art facilities to cater for a variety of care needs.

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to facilitate a range of daily meaningful activities. Facilities include the Cricketers Arms Pub, Cinema, Hair & Beauty Salon, Buttons Arts and Crafts and a Corner Shop.

ECY’s Care Team led by Shivam Radia provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying Services on this scheme.

The Care Home boasts innovative design and features, which give a luxurious hotel like feel with homely comforts with fantastic views out onto the countryside, especially from the larger six suites.
